Each Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher is valid for one year from purchase and is redeemable against accommodation and most other hotel services within our portfolio with prior agreement. All the hotels, spas and venues in our collection can be found on condenastjohansens.com

• Each Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher issued is subject to these Terms and Conditions; and by purchasing a Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions
• It is important to notify the property that you will be using a Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher at the time of booking and provide the valid Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher number
• A Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher is only valid when displaying the valid Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher number
• The Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher must be presented at check-in or prior to any services being used
• A Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher may only be redeemed once and at one property. A Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher is non-refundable

• A Euro / Dollar / Sterling Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher will be accepted subject to the property’s exchange rate at the time of paying the final bill upon check-out
• A Condé Nast Johansens Gift Voucher is not replaceable if lost, damaged, stolen or expired and is void if altered, copied or reproduced
• Condé Nast Johansens reserves the right to change these conditions at any time
• Condé Nast Johansens Gift Vouchers are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
